Shipping policy

 

We ship for free worldwide. Orders are shipped from London, United Kingdom, using the Royal Mail postal service. Typically, your package will arrive within 3 - 7 days. Processing times before shipment may take 1 - 3 days. 

Since we ship internationally, the time it takes for your product to reach you may be delayed as a result of customs, clearance, holidays or other overseas logistics. These delays are outside of our control, but we will always work to ship your order as quickly as possible. 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery via our Track Order page. This includes updates on when Royal Mail hands your package over to the local shipping carrier used in your country.

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at the checkout. ChromeWire cannot be held responsible for any packages lost due to incorrect information being entered into the shipping section at the checkout.
